  Owner seems nice enough when the projects are large however you will receive a bipolar response when the project is small and he does not want to waste his time even though he promised you a quote for months. After numerous request for a quote I finally went to the yard and was told don't wast my time and to go somewhere else. I was told the same by two other contractors and will NEVER do business there again.
